How does Hypnotherapy work?
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to help individuals access a deeply relaxed, focused state of mind where they may be more open to suggestions and positive change.
Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Yes. When conducted by a trained and qualified professional hypnotherapist it is considered a safe procedure. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind you enter willingly, and you remain fully in control of your actions during the session. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything you do not want to do.
Can anyone be hypnotised
Most people can be hypnotised to some degree as long as they are willing and open to the process. The effectiveness of hypnotherapy depends on the client’s motivation and willingness to commit to the process
Are there any side effects?
Generally, the side effects of hypnotherapy are positive as it helps to calm your mind and body which helps regulate and balance your nervous system. However, hypnotherapy is not suitable for persons suffering from severe mental health disorders who should seek alternative treatment options.
Is hypnotherapy conducted online as effective as face to face?
Yes, online hypnotherapy can be as effective as face to face. Providing you have a good Wi-Fi connection and a quiet space to talk online therapy can be a convenient and effective way to access therapy.
